BARE WAXING & SKINCARE CENTER POLICIES

An Outstanding Experience

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Bare Waxing & Skincare Center experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

THE BARE GUARANTEE

Our Flexible Salon Policy

The Bare Guarantee was established to further our commitment to provide the best waxing service to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair due to shaving, uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances, if this has happens, we encourage you come back within 3 days after your service for a touch up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.

WALK-INS

Walk Ins Welcome

We will always welcome walk-in clients, if we cannot accommodate you at that time we will work to take care of you promptly. Wait time is generally 15 minutes.

CC POLICY

We Never Share Your Personal Information

In order to hold any appointment you must pay a deposit of 50%.* Walk-ins are always welcome and wait time is generally no more than 15 minutes.
*Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a missed appointment, late cancel or late reschedule. 

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Memberships Available at the Salon

Memberships must be registered in person at our shop. Membership monthly payment can not be transferred to another month. If you are unable to use your membership benefits for the current month, then you may gift them to  a friend/family member and they pay a small transfer fee. 

LATE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW & RUNNING LATE POLICY

We Understand Things Happen

If you are concerned you may be a little late for your appointment, please don’t hesitate to call us! In most cases we allow a 5 minute grace period.* However, if you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. When in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!

*During holiday rush and spring break we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and no later than the scheduled time.

If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged 25% of the full service price of all appointments booked. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to appointment are considered no shows. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at an earlier or later time in order to avoid cancellation fees or your deposit not being refunded.

If you do not show up for your appointment (no show), and did not call to cancel at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full service price of all appointments booked.
